Adele and Simon Konecki married in 2012 but divorced in 2021. The former lovers, both from the U.K., made their romance public in Jan. 2012. Adele addressed her then-boyfriend for the first time in a blog post. Just months later, in June, she broke the pregnancy news. Adele and Simon welcomed a son, Angelo Adkins,  on Oct. 19, 2012. 

Four years passed when rumors of a secret wedding began to surface, due to a photograph of a band on Adele’s finger in Dec. 2018. The accomplished songstress confirmed that she did indeed tie the knot with Simon, who runs the charity Drop4Drop and co-founded Life Water, at the 2017 Grammys. 

They were very private about their relationship and marriage, up until the announcement of their separation on April 19, 2019. ‘Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment,’ Adele’s rep Benny Tarantini told HollywoodLife in a statement.
