They may have started out selling their dresses at Sydney's Paddington Markets in 1991.
But more than 20 years later, the sisters, businesswomen and designers, Simone and Nicky Zimmermann, are killing it on a worldwide level.
After actress, model and fashion's current It girl du jour, Paris Jackson, rocked the Antipodean label at the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles, FEMAIL decided to take a look at the celebrities who love Zimmermann - and just why they can't get enough.

ShareFrom the Duchess of Cambridge to Miranda Kerr and Kendall Jenner, the list of Zimmermann fans is as varied as it is starry.
The sisters count Jess Hart, Margot Robbie and Elle MacPherson among their most loyal and dedicated followers.
But it's not just Aussies who want a piece of the relaxed Antipodean vibes.
The waiting list for the white lace AUD $495 dress worn by Kate Middleton when she visited the Royal Easter Show in Manly, Sydney, in 2014, sent the label stratospheric.
'I was in the Blue Mountains for the weekend and my phone reception kept dropping in and out,' Nicky Zimmermann told Vogue of the moment she found out the Duchess had worn one of their designs.
'Then suddenly I had all these messages and texts and found out. It was an amazing thing for us and we felt really lucky.
'The response that we had was immediate and it travelled from around the world,' she added.
When the Duchess of Cambridge wore their white lace dress, which retailed for AUD $495, on her tour of Australia in 2014, the waiting list went through the roof - 'The response that we had was immediate,' Nicky Zimmermann admitted
The label is famous both for their pretty, dreamy and romantic in style dresses - as well as agenda-setting swimwear, which always pushes the boundaries (pictured: Zimmermann on the catwalk)
It's not only Royalty who are fans of Zimmermann - Aussie cool girls, Elle MacPherson (left), and Margot Robbie (right), are also huge devotees of the Sydney label
The Zimmermann dreamy, romantic styles and long, flowing dresses have also become a repeated go-to for Beyonce and Solange Knowles.
Similarly, Diane Kruger and Naomi Watts have worn the label and are vocal fans.
While the sisters' story might sound like a fairy tale, they have always maintained it's come about from hard work.

After selling their dresses at Paddington markets in Sydney in 1991, Nicky and Simone later went on to display their pretty wares at the inaugural Australian Fashion Week in 1996.
Following this, they grew their name and became famous for their boundary-pushing beautiful swimwear, eventually pushing into the US in the early 2000s, from which point they haven't looked back.
They even opened a flagship European store - its 24th globally - in London earlier this month.

Paris Jackson is only the latest to join the long line of Zimmermann fans.
Opting for the label's demure Folly Neck Tie dress in blush, which retails for AUD $1,100, the 19-year-old looked every inch the up-and-coming starlet.
She finished off her outfit with nude heels, new brunette locks and dangling earrings.
Expect the dress to sell out in hours.
