Mum creates swim goggles that DONT pull on kids hair - and theyre selling out fast

A MUM has created a pair of swimming goggles that don't pull on kids’ hair after spending hours wrestling with her own children by the pool.

Mum-of-two Ashley designed Splash Swim Goggles after being inspired on a family holiday.

The US-based mum said: “We were getting ready for a family holiday.

“My son's swim goggles were broken - again - it seemed like the rubber straps were always breaking!

“As I was trying to adjust my daughter's goggles to make sure they fit her properly, her hair kept getting pulled.

“She was becoming more and more frustrated and clearly expressed that she didn't want to bring them.

“I knew I had to do something, because who wants to spend their time at the pool messing with goggles that don't work and pull your hair?!”

She set up Splash in 2017 and the goggles are now named one of Amazon’s choice products.

Ashley continued: “My kids were so excited to use them!

“My daughter didn't need help adjusting them anymore and they didn't pull her hair like her old ones.

“My mom, Karen, noticed how much better experience my kids were having at the pool, unlike the other kids who were constantly needing help adjusting and untangling their goggles.”

The £15 goggles have a wide fabric strap – so they won’t tug on hair – but are still adjustable so they fit adults too.

With designs like flamingos and sharks, they’ve been a hit with parents as well as kids.

Leaving five-star reviews, one mum said: “I could never get my daughter to wear goggles because they are always too tight and pull her hair.

“She immediately put these on and kept them on! No more hair pulling.”

Another said: “Love this googles, my daughter has curly hair and with this she does not tangle her hair is great.”

A third wrote: “Kids love it!”

The goggles are such a hit that some of the styles have sold-out on the Splash website.
