The Arc’s mission is to empower people with disabilities to believe in their own unique abilities and achieve their full potential by providing quality, innovative services that focus on advocacy, independence, employment, meaningful community life and personal happiness.

Anyone who is touched by the disability community or is interested in knowing more about the disability community is invited to a FREE screening of “Intelligent Lives,” February 28 at 5:00p.m. at Community Health Care clinic on 11th Street in Rock Island. The film will be followed by a brief discussion.  Some concessions will be available.
